Accommodation Rates and Cancellation Policies Daily rates vary according to the season and the length of stay. A minimum stay of two nights is generally required over weekends (Friday – Saturday or Saturday – Sunday), and some peak periods may require longer. Three nights or five nights minimum are required during the Pro Football Hall of Fame, depending on specific dates during the festivities. A one night deposit less taxes will be necessary in order to confirm your reservation. Cancellation policy as follows: In the event you would need to cancel your reservation, you must do so 15 days prior to your arrival, at which time a $25 administration fee is charged and the difference is credited back to the card on file.In the event you cancel your reservation during the 15 day period, your deposit is subject to forfeiture.During peak times there is a 30 day cancellation policy as follows: In the event you would need to cancel your reservation, you must do so 30 days prior to their arrival, at which time a $50 administration fee is charged and the difference is credited back to the card on file.
